Many Thanks to Nichola, Johnny and Dave today for the ride. We had a brill day. I am going to try most Saturdays to do similar rides to build the children’s stamina and strength, get some good old winter fresh air too. I’ll pop an event item on a Thursday or Friday if so.

🎄🎄🎄Suggestion for Christmas stocking fillers for their ride kit: neck snoods, winter cycling gloves, winter Base layers and zip up cycling jackets, inner tubes, puncture kits and pumps for puncture repair, set of bike lights and bells. The options are pretty endless.

I’m going to try to see if we can get a mechanic down to a session over next few weeks to help with mechanicals.

Makes sure the bikes get a good hose down after the muddy ride today and a bit of oil on the chain to avoid rusting
